Very important is the draft and detailed concept at the beginning.	the eta energy consulting-concept   It takes a lot of steps from the very first ideas to a well operating co-generation plant. After having the idea, you normally start to get the basic information. A more specific analysis is given by an expert who will make a draft concept and -if this is promising- a detailed concept. Starting up the project you need external funding, juridical consultant, tax consultation and good public relations: The technical planning is based on the detailed concept. When selling heat it is important to have good marketing for your product and appropriate heat contracts for your costumers. You also have to look very carefully on the wood logistics. If there are no efficient logistics for wood harvesting, -processing or transport you have to built up your own logistics system.   To realize such a project takes 2 to 3 years. In this period you have changes and need a concept development.   The construction and erection should be carried out by one company. With this you avoid interface problems.
